Training Technologies and Support, Inc. (TTS) today announced the appointment of Dr. David Grantham as Chief Executive Officer. The leadership transition marks the beginning of TTS's next phase of growth while reinforcing the company's longstanding commitment to its employees, business partners, and government customers.

Grantham brings extensive experience in executive leadership, government contracting, national security, law enforcement, and mission-focused training. As CEO, he will guide TTS's strategic direction, support operational excellence, and position the company to expand the capabilities it provides to federal customers.

TTS will maintain its focus on reliable contract performance and responsive customer service. Employees, customers, and partners can expect continuity in day-to-day operations as the leadership team works to strengthen the company for long-term growth.

As part of that strategy, TTS and Threat Management Group (TMG) intend to pursue a planned combination, subject to applicable contractual and regulatory requirements. The integration would bring together complementary experience, personnel, and capabilities, creating a stronger platform for serving defense, national security, and other federal missions.
